Madeline is a senior working towards a degree in journalism/ strategic communications and minors in political science, new media and women’s studies. She is interested in the role that new media plays in political campaigns, and hopes to work in political management after graduation. She would especially like to work with female candidates.

To do this she examined the expenditures, rankings, and social media usage of key interest groups over the last three presidential election cycles. For her complete blog entry, click here.
