Guleed A. Ibrahim is a junior in the College of Liberal Arts. Guleed is pursueing majors in Journalism and Political Science. Last summer Guleed has worked as the University of Minnesota Orientation Leader. Guleed enjoys reading the news every morning via the internet or newspapers. Guleed likes to keep up with the world events and loves to debate political topics.
Guleed is the current president of the Somali Student Association of the University of Minnesota. Guleed is in the University of Minnesota Honors and hopes to graduate with the highest honor. In this Honor thesis, Guleed plans to investigate the wars in Africa and what causes them in the first places. Guleed hopes to go to Law school someday and be International Lawyer that fights for the rights of the oppressed. Helping the poor and the needy is passionate of Guleed’s.
